Routine maintenance: according to the manufacturer's instructions (usually annually).
Energy efficiency checks (flue gas testing): compulsory every 2 years.
Servicing must be performed by a qualified technician, who issues an inspection report, updates the system logbook and submits the documentation to CURIT (Regional Register of Heating Systems).
